Europe Shipping

• International Tracked Europe (2-9 business days): £18
• Free on orders over £150!

Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. During peak times this may be longer and please do know that we are still a very small business! So sometimes slight delays may happen.
• Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• We're is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• We're not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If you experience issues with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Returns and Exchanges

• We're happy to accept any items back within 14 days of the package arriving with you.
• Items must be un-worn with tags still attached to be eligible for a refund
• Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed once received back at our HQ
• Any free postage discounts received will be deducted from the refund.
