Come down to our HQ for the time you booked and you'll have your opportunity to explore our warehouse to your hearts content

The location will be revealed to you via email once you check out your £3 refundable ticket

There's a lot to look through so if you're looking for something specific we're always on hand to help or you're welcome to just get lost for a bit

There's fitting rooms and it's chill

Of course bring as many people with you as you like. Your 'ticket' is you + whoever you want

Theres no need for everyone in your party to each get a 'ticket'

Its not a problem you're welcome to continue exploring as long as you like. We might switch up the vibe for the next group though

Yeah theres a small car park at the entrance to our lane. No charge

They're great, but not during your visit to the HQ. As well as a retail experience the HQ is a working warehouse with uneven floors and other potential hazards so we wouldn't feel comfortable with little ones running around

We'd suggest the cut off to be 12 years old. Babies should be fine but there are parts of the warehouse where a push chair cant access

The deposit / ticket is refunded from your order at the till when you check out

If you're not buying anything thats no problem just let us know and we'll still refund you

This temporary charge is just place to help prevent no-shows ❤️

Every Saturday is an open day from 11 - 7 with no booking required but it might be a bit chaotic
