🕗 What times are you open?
Stuck for something to do of an evening? We're open late Tuesday - Friday!

🚗 Can I park my car?
Yes! Our car park is quite large and theres plenty of places to park.
🎁 in store pick up?
Anything you order from our online store can be picked up from our Cardiff HQ!
Just order as usual and select the in-store pick up option at checkout and you'll be guided through the process
❓ Do you Have toilets?
We do indeed!
💰 Can I view my loyalty stuff?

💀 Are you still in that old massive warehouse?
Absolutely not! Lets just say it didn't work out...
Our new store is a lot smaller but more intimate and curated. We ran into a bit of bother with the last place so we're using our new one as a temporary refuge to rebuild.

But not yet! Because of the disruption all of our pieces are spread between a million storage containers and we need to sort all of that out. We're also still building it so just pretend like it doesn't exist yet.
💸 Do you offer klarna? (Buy now pay later)
Yes! For both in-store and online orders.
The offers available depend on what Klarna offer you at checkout. Usually, buy now pay in 30 days and the option to split payments over a few months are available.
Do you accept clothing donations? 🫶
We finally do, yes! Do feel welcome to bring us your bags of clothing that you no longer want. Just pop in, tell us at the till, drop them off and we'll take care of the rest!
We just ask that everything is reasonably clean and undamaged - no stains or holes etc.
We'll either process your clothing with a direct benefit to Cardiff based charity Boomerang or look to recycle anything as necessary.
